What is Somatic Activated Healing™
Somatic Activated Healing -The SAH Method™- is a radical wellness practice combining the healing modalities of somatic movement, rhythmic breath, mantras, ecstatic dance (freely moving your body), and meditation.
The somatic moves help you connect to your emotions and process your feelings with intention. The breathwork brings you back into the body, roots you in the present, & gives you the energy and inspiration to do the work. The mantras help you reinforce a powerful new inner vocabulary and mindset. The ecstatic dance lets the body lead, allowing your intuition to come back online & move your body in the ways you need for your own healing. The meditations give you the concentration to be in your body, improve the relationship with your mind, & engage with your feelings instead of the stories.
